Situated in Ciudad Quesada,one of the healthiest regions on the Costa Blanca. 30 minutes away from Alicante or Murcia airports. Handy for golfers.Nearest course is only a five minute drive and has a clubhouse and a driving range. Also nearby there is a bowling and tennis club. Quesada town is 20 minutes' walk, with a good choice of supermarkets, banks, medical centre and shops.
The nearest shop, restaurants and bars are 10 minutes' walk. The apartment has views over the salt lakes. The coastal towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja are 10/15 minutes drive and have all the attractions anyone could want, plus sandy beaches with blue flag awards and marinas.

Lots of fresh produce is available from markets nearby and there is a good local bus service.Guadamar is an unspoilt Spanish town with sand dunes backing onto a large pine forest, and a nearby national park.
